Who We Are and What We Do

We proudly offer an innovative platform, QuickChart, that utilizes a combination of self-hosted and third-party services to transcribe and summarize live or recorded audio into concise, comprehensible medical notes. Our application is adept at generating extensive notes from minimal text and audio inputs, leveraging advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques for accuracy and efficiency.

What is Personal Information?

Personal information is any information about an identifiable person.

This policy applies to personal information about individuals and does not apply to information collected, used or disclosed with respect to corporate or commercial entities. What Personal Information Does QuickChart Collect and How Is It Used?

QuickChart may collect information including your name, address, phone number, email address, subject of inquiry, preferred communication method, website interactions, IP address, browser type, language, access times, referring websites, and other information you provide.

Telecommunications and Voice Processing

QuickChart uses secure telecommunications and cloud-based technologies, including voice and audio communications, to support its Services. This may include the transmission or processing of audio or related data through trusted third-party telecommunications and infrastructure providers. As a result, certain information may be transmitted, processed, or temporarily handled outside Canada, including in the United States, subject to contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect privacy and confidentiality and to provide a level of protection comparable to that required under Canadian privacy laws. QuickChart does not use telecommunications or voice data for marketing, advertising, or unrelated purposes. Such data is handled solely for the purpose of providing the Services and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.

We store and process user-submitted data, including personal information and, where applicable, personal health information, for the purpose of providing the Services. This may include dictations, audio recordings, transcriptions, reports, generated outputs, and related content, which may be stored securely within QuickChart systems or processed and stored by trusted third-party service providers acting on our behalf, in accordance with contractual safeguards and applicable privacy laws.

QuickChart does not use such data for its own independent purposes. All user-submitted content is handled solely to provide the Services, in accordance with user instructions, our Privacy Policy, and applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
